Rotating welding jig for railway industry

We have designed and manufactured an advanced jig for welding components in the railroad industry:

Controlled Rotation: The jig, anchored on two supports, offers the ability to rotate manually in a controlled manner through the use of a hand wheel. This feature allows for greater precision and flexibility during welding operations.

Secure Lock: Using a spring-loaded pin, the jig can be securely and stably locked in four positions at 90° intervals. This ensures that the jig remains firm and secure during welding, reducing the risk of errors or imperfections.

With this welding jig, we aim to provide an efficient and reliable solution for welding operations in the railroad industry, ensuring accuracy and safety.
